The flag of Russia is hoisted over the highest point of Kherson.
It was raised by Russian Federation officers on the eve of the “Day of the Russian Flag” on the Kherson TV tower, at a height of 202 meters above the ground.
The flag measuring 6 x 4 meters is clearly visible from anywhere in the city.
